On a surprisingly factual note, given the way this competition has gone, AlpineReplay have a pie chart and an interesting short blog post about just this sort of thing. It turns out we really don't spend all that much snowboarding/skiing.
Finally I felt left out and got involved too. The tired marketing fall-back for any small snowboard company is that they're "run by snowboarders for snowboarders". Here's a quick chart on how many snowboard companies can make that claim...
